Class Description

Vinyasa

A strong flow focused on breath to movement. This practice will build heat and strength to good music. Some yoga experience recommended, but can be available to all levels.

Restorative Flow

Combines a slow flow practice with a restorative fully supported practice. This includes props to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.

slow Flow

A slower pace flow with standing postures focusing on gentle strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for all levels.
