Each day is intentionally curated to support nourishment and transformation with grounding and energizing yoga practices, guided meditation, a soulful sound bath, a desert hike among ancient rock formations, and a celestial craft for you to take home. Vegetarian meals will be prepared with care and intention, offering wholesome nourishment from the inside out.

The House

Nestled in the heart of Joshua Tree, this stunning modern retreat Sunset Serenity hosted by Hideaway offers a sanctuary inspired by the desert’s raw beauty and vast night sky. Featuring six thoughtfully designed bedrooms and three sleek bathrooms, the home blends dark, moody wood accents and textured finishes that evoke the earth and celestial shadows. The open-concept kitchen, outfitted with contemporary amenities, is perfect for gathering and nourishing the body. A dedicated outdoor yoga deck provides an open space to take in the beauty of the desert surroundings. Outside, enjoy a sparkling pool, rejuvenating hot tub, expansive seating areas, mini golf, and bocce ball. Offering abundant ways to relax, play, and connect beneath the endless desert sky.

The Food

We’ll begin with a welcome spread on Friday evening featuring light snacks and locally inspired bites. On Saturday and Sunday, enjoy three beautifully crafted vegetarian meals each day, thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and nourishing intention. We’ll close our time together with a gentle goodbye breakfast on Monday morning. Coffee, tea, juices, and sparkling waters will be available throughout your stay.

This includes the pool, hot tub, mini golf, bocce ball, open desert yard, and cozy shared indoor spaces. Each day offers grounding and uplifting practices such as daily yoga and meditation, a guided sound bath, and an evening gathered fireside under the desert sky. You’ll also enjoy a guided local hike, a creative celestial craft, and nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with love. Yoga mats and pool towels are provided for your ease and comfort, so you can simply arrive, exhale, and receive.

What TO EXPECT

The weather can range from a low of 55 degrees to 87 degrees. Plan to pack comfortable clothes that you can practice and relax in, a bathing suit and layers in case it gets chilly. Please bring sunscreen and any other skin care products you need.

Friday May 1, 2026 – Arrival: Opening the Eclipse

As the desert sun begins to fade, guests will arrive and settle into the retreat space. We’ll open the weekend with light, nourishing eats and a sage clearing ceremony, a symbolic welcome to release travel tension and invite in calm, grounded energy. The evening flows into a casual meet and greet with a chance to connect with fellow women, explore the property, and ease into the stillness of the desert night.

Saturday May 2, 2026 – Earth: Rooted Strength

Our first full day invites you to arrive fully, to root into the present moment and reconnect with your body and breath. The morning begins with a light breakfast and tea, followed by a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to awaken stability and inner calm.

In the afternoon, we’ll shift into our Celestial Craft Workshop, weaving mindfulness and creativity together as you design an illuminated canvas inspired by your zodiac constellation or the night sky. Each light you place becomes a reminder of your inner guidance. Clarity, Patience, and Quiet Strength. You will be creating a personal piece that reflects the magic of both the desert evening and your own intention.

After some free time to relax, journal, or enjoy playful movement on the tennis courts, we’ll gather for a sound bath, bridging the day’s grounding energy into openness. This gentle shift from Earth to Sky. We’ll close the evening with a chef-curated dinner beneath the stars, savoring connection, stillness, and the desert’s tranquil beauty.

Sunday May 3, 2026 – Eclipse: Transformation from Earth to Sky

The morning opens with a heart-lifting vinyasa practice inspired by air and space. This practice will include expansive movement, deep breath, and lightness of being. After practice, enjoy the morning sun, the pool, or a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub.

In the evening, we’ll gather once more for a bonfire dinner under the desert sky. A celebration of warmth, connection, and expansion. Flames flicker against the vast night as we honor the transformation of the weekend and the openness that comes with release.

Monday May 4, 2026 – Integration: Return & Reflect

Our final morning offers a light breakfast and closing circle, a gentle moment to integrate and reflect on the grounding and expansion experienced throughout the retreat. We’ll seal the weekend in gratitude, carrying forward the balance of Earth and Sky. Rooted, open, and renewed.

Payment Options/Cancellation Policy

You can pay in full or take advantage of our retreat payment plan. The plan will go as follows:

• 30% due upon booking
• 30% due 2 months after booking
• 40% Final payment due on April 1st, 2026

If you choose to cancel and cannot attend after registration, the refund policy is as follows: Cancel by 2/1/2026 for full refund minus credit processing fees. 50% refund if cancelled by 3/1/2025 11:59pm. Non-refundable thereafter. Finally, If Pacific Yoga Fitness finds that this retreat is not a good fit for you, they have the right to cancel your registration and a full refund will be provided.
