Nestled on a serene property, this retreat is designed to help you soak in the lingering warmth of summer while gently preparing your body and spirit for the inward turn of fall. The day will begin with an invigorating yoga practice to energize and align. Afternoon invites you to unwind with self-led spa rituals—poolside facials, cooling eye masks, or salt scrubs—designed to renew and restore at your own pace. The day will end with a deeply calming floating meditation in the pool. You’ll also enjoy a hands-on DIY body oil workshop where you’ll blend seasonal botanicals and essential oils to create a personalized ritual you can take home.

Between sessions, there’s time to lounge by the pool, swim under the sun, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. As summer’s brightness begins to mellow into the softness of fall, this retreat offers space to reflect, realign, and recommit to your self-care. With every breath, movement, and moment of stillness, you’ll leave feeling grounded, radiant, and ready for the season ahead.

The House

This beautiful home, is located in Fallbrook, California and is the perfect destination for the Endless Summer Retreat. We will enjoy the private home that includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bath on a fully fenced 1.3 acres with views, sparkling pool and spa across the street from a vineyard.

The Food

Vegetarian brunch, including hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt bowls and pastries. Afternoon snack with veggies, dips and cheese.

What’s Not Included IN The Endless summer Retreat

Transportation to and from the facility.

What TO EXPECT

The weather can range from a low of 63 degrees to 81 degrees. Plan to pack comfortable clothes that you can practice and relax in, a bathing suit and layers in case it gets chilly. Please bring sunscreen and any other skin care products you need.

Legal Stuff

I will be asked to sign a release of liability upon final registration for the Endless Summer Women Only Retreat in the weeks leading up to the retreat. By purchasing I am aware that this will be required for me to attend and if I do not sign I forfeit the right to a refund.

If you choose to cancel and cannot attend after registration, the refund policy is as follows: 50% refund if cancelled by 7/1/2025 11:59pm. Non-refundable thereafter. If Pacific Yoga Fitness finds that this retreat is not a good fit for you, they have the right to cancel your registration and a full refund will be provided.
